Suggestions must cite supported information. Mandatory review cannot be replaced by a confidence badge.

Controlled release

Submission and other consequential actions require the correct version, current authority and operational readiness.

Traceable recovery

Preserve the distinction between an action that did not run, an action that committed and an outcome that remains unknown.

Before a real practice connects.

Confirm data flow, purpose, lawful access and applicable agreements
Approve identity, MFA, roles and operational owners
Validate the selected provider and clearinghouse boundaries
Complete independent review, recovery rehearsal and incident procedures
Verify the exact end-to-end pilot and record a go/no-go decision

HIPAA obligations depend on the actual activities and relationships. ITC branding does not remove those obligations. Counsel and the responsible operational owners must settle the applicable agreements and duties before activation.
